During 2015, I did several quilting/sewing related projects. The projects included getting rid of all the burlap basmati rice bags I've saved over many years by turning them into shopping bags. All the basmati bags were given away, so this is a big win! I also made some shopping bags out of old dish towels and dresser scarves, some with Grandma Short painting and/or crocheted edging. I made aprons and bibs out of old dish towels and linen calendars. I saw a Missouri Star video about tote bags made with a special Bosal foam, iron on interfacing, so I had to buy some of the product and make a couple of bags. I also made a quilt block for the gift for the retiring president of the quilt guild.
