Not only is this quilt gorgeous, it is one of the straightest and most even quilts I have ever quilted. Even the corners were square, very rare for pieced quilts. Though, the back was pieced, it was also square and even. The quilt was a joy to longarm.
- Size: 40" x 47 1/2" Wall hanging or table topper size
- Quilting: Quilted in a wavy line from one side to the other, with an occasional star. Free form quilting. The wavy line was to suggest a flag waving in the breeze. Used white 100% polyester thread (Omni from Superior Threads-named "Bright White"). 3 bobbins. Quilting by Patty.
- Backing: Pieced back with red, white, and blue stripes
- Batting: 100% cotton, Winline “Back to Basics”
