Aunt Linda's fourth quilt is very special and beautiful. It looks like an heirloom. I thought long and hard about how to quilt it. I finally decided on something simple to not detract from the gorgeous piecing and pattern.
- Size: 61" x 86" Twin bed size
- Quilting: Quilted in a meandering loose stipple. Free form quilting. Used top thread off-white 100% polyester thread (Omni from Superior Threads-named "Butter"). Used bobbin thread yellow-brown 100% polyester (Omni from Superior Threads-named "Goldenrod"). 6 bobbins. Quilting by Patty.
- Backing: Cotton print.
- Batting: 100% cotton, Warm and Natural
- Piecing by Aunt Linda
- Pinned into frame August 28, 2017. Quilting on long arm quilter August 29, 2017. (Patty).
