Red Rails-Wind Blown Flowers Twine Around Spinning Rails

Size: 90" x 104" Queen-bed size
Quilting: Wind blown flower pattern (12 bobbins) using light beige thread (Omni from Superior Threads). Used home made pantograph. Borders have a small flower quilting pattern, also a home made pantograph.
Backing: Unbleached Muslin
Batting: 100% Cotton (Warm and Natural)
Binding: Red small floral print purchased for the quilt to match the border.
Pattern: Spinning Rails from Fons and Porter Quilting July/August 2004
Piecing begun 2004-2005 by Mother. Quilting on long arm quilter Feb. 8-17, 2012 (Patty) Binding by Mother. QC by Spencer. This one took a while to bind, because we had to buy the red material for the binding and then other projects took precedence.
