A series of whole cloth quilts I made for Narinder's nieces and nephew. All are approximately 60" x 90" (+/- 1/2"), the size for a long twin, the bed often used in dorms. All have flannel backs. All have the 80/20 cotton/poly batting Comfort Blend from Winline Industries. All took 6 bobbins. Thread colors varied. Quilting style varied. Floated the tops to quilt at Frances's suggestion. It worked very well for all 6. Loved the batting, first time using. Made 6 quilts for 4 nieces and 1 nephew, so no one had to be the "old maid" and take the last one.

Started quilting 10/31. Finished 11/2/2016. Quilted in a meandering design, free form. Made a feathery design on the seam.
Science Fair
Dark gray Omni thread named "Dark Gray"
Started quilting 11/2. Finished 11/4. Quilted in a meandering design, free form. Round bottom flasks up the seam.
Schlieren & Telescope Views
Variegated blue Omni-V thread #9121. Variegated medium to dark blue. Named "Tempest Blue". Absolutely loved this thread and so did the long arm.
Started quilting 11/11. Finished 11/14. Overall meander, loose stipple, free form. Stars up the seam.
Wildflowers
Brown/gold/sage Omni-V thread #9010. Variegated brown, gold, sage, knight sage. Named "Multigrain".
Started quilting 11/18. Finished 11/21. Overall meander, vaguely flower petalish, free form. Flowers up the seam.
Daleks vs. Cybermen
Turquoise variegated Omni-V thread #9006. Variegated blue turquoise, light turquoise, green. Named "Laguna". Straight vertical lines on the cybermen 1/3 side. Square meander, free form, on the Dalek 2/3 side. Square wave up the seam.
Started quilting 11/23. Finished 11/25.
Tardis a la Van Gogh
Variegated gold thread Omni-V thread #9130. Variegated medium to dark golds. Named "Leo the Lion".
Followed line between Tardis in 1/3. Made spiral designs up seam. In 2/3 section made spiral designs following the designs of the print. Made 6 bobbins 11/28. Pinned into quilter 11/28. Started and finished quilting 12/2.
